After two days, I am no longer responsible for any damage or wear-and-tear to your ears. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return. Once the item is in my possession, I will send you the refund.

To best care for your ears, keep heat exposure to a minimum. Excess heat exposure may lead to the glue on the ears melting. Keep out of water, as your ears, though pretty, are not water-proof!

The standard ears available throughout my shop fit best on adults thru older children!
