Frequently asked questions
What is your return policy?
While I strive to send out only the best product, please let me know within 2 days of your package's delivery date if you have any QUALITY concerns about your ears! After two days, I am no longer responsible for any damage or wear-and-tear to your ears. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return. Once the item is in my possession, I will send you the refund.
I do not accept returns for masks or scrunchies, sorry!!
Care instructions
To best care for your ears, keep heat exposure to a minimum. Excess heat exposure may lead to the glue on the ears melting. Keep out of water, as your ears, though pretty, are not water-proof!
Sizing details
The standard ears available throughout my shop fit best on adults thru older children!
The “mini’s” have two sizes available for your little ones!

I will try my best to make the ears of your request! Please message me for more details!
Shipping
Everything is handmade and made to order! For this reason, I am unable to turnaround your items like Amazon prime. ;) Please be mindful of this when ordering!
Specific shipping estimates can be found on individual listings. As all items are made-to-order by just me, at times, delays do happen. Please reach out to me if you have a need-by date, and I will do everything possible to get your order to you on time!
Cancelations
Please let me know within 2-weeks after purchase if you need to cancel your items. After 2-weeks, it’s likely your order has already been prepped. Since everything is made to order and made to your liking, once 2 weeks have passed, I can no longer accept cancellations.
I put a lot of love and time into your ears, and a cancelation is a large loss of my time. Please be conscientious of this when ordering!
If your cancelation request is within 2 weeks of ordering, I will send you a refund via Etsy ASAP!
Pattern Requests
Patterns vary by ear/scrunchie/mask/etc!
If you would like your product to feature a pattern similar to what is pictured, please reach out! Tho I can not 100% guarantee the pattern, I will absolutely try my best.
